SUCCEED_Final report
SUCCEED is an Accelerating CCS Technologies (ACT) and RVO funded multi-national research and demonstration program were CO2 storage, monitoring of sub-surface CO2 disseminiation and utilization of CO2 for reservoir performance improvement, have been realized. The project accelerated innovative and newly developed CCUS technologies, regarding seismic source application, monitoring, imaging, and verification at field scale utilizing of previously mentioned methods and techniques. In two high-enthalpy geothermal fields, i.e. Hellisheiði (Iceland) and Kizildere (Turkey), continuous base-line geophysical monitoring has been perfomed with novel types of helically winded tactical fiberoptic lines, both at the surface and in wells.
